DRYVAC uses dry screw compression with water cooling and configuration-specific purge and controls. The standard models cover maximum pumping speeds from 210 to 1640 m³/h in the cited operating manuals. Bearings and gears retain isolated lubricant, so dry compression does not mean maintenance-free operation.
DV 200–500 pressure ratings include inlet and outlet shaft-seal purge. DV 650–1600 lowest ratings are partial-pressure values without purge or with exhaust shaft-seal purge only. Gas ballast and additional purge change the attainable pressure. The DV 1600 manual gives 1640 m³/h, while the older overview brochure uses 1600 m³/h; individual listings follow their cited manual.
Confirm gas and vapour load, working pressure, duty cycle, cooling water, exhaust conditions and three-phase supply. Standard, rack-mounted, washdown FP, PFPE and hazardous-duty builds must be selected separately. Fieldbus modules, silencers, displays and booster hardware are not universally included.
