Leybold ECODRY plus dry multistage roots pumps
ECODRY plus provides dry multistage Roots pumping for clean laboratory, analytical and suitable turbomolecular backing duties. Compare 25, 35, 40 and 65 plus, with the separate 65 He plus for helium recovery and recirculation.
Two platforms with different ratings
ECODRY 25/35 plus provide 25/35 m³/h maximum pumping speed and a typical ultimate pressure of 0.01 mbar. The 40/65 plus platform provides 40/55 m³/h maximum air pumping speed without gas ballast and an ultimate pressure below 0.03 mbar without gas ballast. Helium recovery and vapour handling
ECODRY 65 He plus combines enhanced total leak tightness with up to 52 m³/h helium pumping speed. It has no gas-ballast valve and is not suitable for condensing gases. Standard 40/65 plus versions have gas ballast with model-specific water-vapour capacities.
Selection and installation
Specify chamber volume, pressure, gas throughput, cycle frequency, inlet connection, power and controls. The mains cable is a separately selected accessory; use the documented UK cable for the relevant configuration. Dry compression does not mean that bearings and gears have no lubricant.
