NOVADRY combines oil-free compression with air cooling for compatible food-processing, packaging and industrial rough-vacuum duties. Compare ND 65, ND 100, ND 160 and ND 200 around the gas load at working pressure.
The C5 operating instructions specify maximum speeds without gas ballast of 65, 105, 155 and 185 m³/h respectively, and 0.1 mbar ultimate pressure without gas ballast. The model name is not always the rated pumping speed. Earlier overview material gives different 160/200 figures; the linked model pages use the cited manual and retain its operating conditions.
Water load, filtration, cleaning regime and exhaust backpressure matter for food and industrial duties. Select gas ballast, purge and flushing accessories for the process. A hygienic enclosure is an option, not standard equipment. The pump does not establish hygiene or hazardous-gas suitability for the complete installation.
The range uses three-phase power with separate frequency and voltage builds. The manual requires a soft starter for ND 160/200. Include starting equipment, supply protection, pipework and service access when planning the installation.
For a lower no-gas-ballast ultimate pressure, compare VARODRY dry screw pumps. For smaller clean laboratory duties, compare ECODRY plus. Use the operating-pressure performance curve rather than peak speed alone.
Compare values with their stated gas, frequency and configuration conditions. A blank specification means it needs confirmation. Listed equipment is subject to a quotation; inclusion here does not indicate stock.
