ITR 90 combines hot-cathode and Pirani measurement with flange and display variants.
IONIVAC ITR 90 combines a hot-cathode gauge with Pirani measurement. Its broad displayed pressure range does not imply the same accuracy across that range. Consider process cleanliness, gas, filament operation and bakeout conditions. Flange, display and communication versions need to be matched to the controller and installation.
Distinguish display range from the specified accuracy band; confirm gas, bakeout and control conditions.
