Dry Multistage Roots Vacuum Pumps

Dry multistage Roots pumps provide oil-free compression for clean-gas roughing and backing. Leybold ECODRY 25/35 plus and 40/65 plus use different platforms: check pressure, speed, connections, power and installation limits on each model page.

The ECODRY 65 plus is rated at 55 m³/h maximum air pumping speed without gas ballast. The separate ECODRY 65 He plus is designed for helium recovery and recirculation with enhanced leak tightness; it has no gas-ballast valve for condensable vapours.
