The nXR120i has a 20 mbar maximum continuous inlet-pressure limit. Its higher peak speed must not be treated as continuous atmospheric-pressure capability. Match the pumping curve, gas load and duty cycle to the application. Ultimate total pressure is a pump test value; chamber pressure also depends on leaks, conductance and gas release.
Confirm the control interface, mounting and ventilation for the installation. The datasheet lists a floor/cart mounting kit, gas-ballast blank plug and inert-gas adaptor as accessories. Specify the mains cable and vacuum fittings separately. Check process compatibility before pumping vapour, reactive gases or particulates.
