Actual pumping speed and nominal displacement are different figures. SV220 B is rated at 179 / 214 m³/h, SV300 B at 240 / 290 m³/h and SV320 B at 284 / 330 m³/h actual speed at 50 / 60 Hz in the current instructions. The individual pages retain the relevant pressure terminology and motor-build conditions.
Specify gas ballast around vapour load, then choose motor supply, cooling, lubricant and connection fittings. The SV300 manual labels its lowest pressure as partial pressure; do not compare it unqualified with total-pressure figures. SV320 motor and ambient ratings require a build-specific check.
Provide working pressure, required flow, gas composition, vapour and dust loads, operating hours, available three-phase supply and cooling conditions. Allow exhaust-filter replacement and ventilation space. Select oil, filtration and exhaust treatment around the process.
For dry compression, compare Leybold NOVADRY and VARODRY; suitability depends on the operating envelope and gas load.
Compare values with their stated gas, frequency and configuration conditions. A blank specification means it needs confirmation. Listed equipment is subject to a quotation; inclusion here does not indicate stock.
