SC dry rotary vane pumps and SB compact dry pumps cover oil-free suction duties. For oil-lubricated operation, compare the existing LC range with larger LC 205 and LC 305 pumps. WR variants have specific vapour-handling requirements; Kzero and HV variants have their own oil and operating specifications.
For lower final pressures, compare RD, RC, DB and DC rotary vane pumps. Check total final pressure, PNEUROP pumping speed and gas-ballast conditions together.
Explore PA 155 and PA 315 dry claw pumps, or ZA 32, ZA 60S, ZA 100P and ZA 200P oil-free piston pumps. ZA flow is specified in litres per minute.
For positive-pressure duties, compare CB and CC dry rotary vane compressors with VA claw compressors. The TSL side channel blower range includes a model and motor selection table for vacuum and pressure duties. Select working flow and pressure from the curve, not two maximum ratings taken separately.
Compare CPA Simplex, Duplex and Triplex systems, CPAP claw-pump packages, XC pumping packages and CPV liquid-separator systems. For deeper vacuum at higher pumping speeds, review BCA lobe boosters and matched CBL booster systems. Include simultaneous demand, standby capacity, filtration and controls when specifying a central installation.
Start with operating pressure, gas load and whether oil-free suction is required. Dry SC and PA pumps have different pressure and maintenance characteristics from lubricated LC or two-stage DC pumps. Compare the curve at the pressure your process actually uses.
Consider vacuum dial gauges for suitable rough-vacuum duties and Pirani transducers for lower-pressure pump-down measurement. Check gas compatibility, range, connection and controller requirements. Girovac can quote vacuum gauge calibration around your operating test points.
Send the complete model, suffix and serial number when requesting spares or servicing. Match vacuum oil to the specification for the exact pump model and service conditions.
No. Motor phase, frequency, connections, controls and supplied accessories can vary. The product pages distinguish individual models from configurable system ranges. Send the application and required quantity so Girovac can confirm configuration, price and lead time.
Call 01692 660 117 or use a product enquiry form. A nameplate photograph is useful for replacement pumps and spares; new installations also need the required pressure, flow, gas and operating cycle.
Send the operating requirements and process details. For a replacement, include the existing model and connection.
Compare the stated conditions as well as the values. A missing specification is not a zero rating; confirm suitability with Girovac.
