Oil-lubricated rotary vane pumps need the correct oil grade, clean filters and a duty within the documented operating limits. Specify the gas load and working pressure as well as nominal flow. Model suffixes matter when ordering a replacement pump or lubricant.
The Kzero variant has its own lubricant and operating specification. Match the complete model suffix and check the fluid requirement before replacing oil.
