The mXDS3s option offers dry scroll compression with an inlet isolation valve and exhaust filter. XDD1 uses a dry diaphragm backing pump. E2M1.5 uses sealing oil and requires oil and exhaust-mist management. Select the complete station around gas compatibility and required pump-down time, not turbo speed alone.
Attainable pressure depends on flange, seals, backing pump, bakeout and the connected chamber. Use the selected station’s manufacturer specification when setting an acceptance pressure. Integrated control provides coordinated operation; a gauge connection does not mean a gauge is included. Select the compatible active gauge, cable and vent valve explicitly.
Choose the listed 230 V or 200–230 V build for the appropriate UK supply and specify UK mains lead A50505000 separately. Vent valves, active gauges, gauge cables and the E2M1.5 mist filter appear as separate accessories. The drawing shows multiple backing-pump arrangements; confirm the final footprint and clearance.
Send chamber volume, target pressure, gas load, inlet flange, backing preference and power supply. Compare standalone nEXT pumps and Edwards active gauges.
