How to select the range
APG200 uses Pirani measurement for rough and medium vacuum; M/MP and LC versions have different lower limits. AIM200 covers high vacuum using an inverted magnetron and needs a separate rough-vacuum measurement where atmosphere-to-high-vacuum coverage is required. WRG200 combines Pirani and inverted-magnetron sensors from atmosphere to 10⁻⁹ mbar. Accuracy varies with range and gas; the full span is not a uniform accuracy band.
