Girovac equipment catalogue
High-vacuum pumping stations bring together a turbomolecular pump, controls and a choice of backing arrangement. Compare Leybold TURBOLAB Core 90/250 and TURBOLAB 90, 250, 350, 450, 850 and 950 stations for laboratory, research and industrial vacuum applications.
Pumping speeds are specified for the gas shown: nitrogen for Core and TURBOLAB 90–450 and helium for TURBOLAB 850/950. Compare ratings for the same gas. The backing pump, gas load and chamber pipework affect the performance of the complete installation.

Speeds are stated for the gas shown at the pump inlet; helium and nitrogen ratings are not directly comparable. Backing-pump selection, gas load and connecting pipework affect performance at the chamber.
Bench versions use DIVAC 3.0 diaphragm backing or can be supplied without a backing pump. Cart options include dry SCROLLVAC or ECODRY backing, oil-sealed TRIVAC or SOGEVAC backing, and configurations without a backing pump. A suitable backing pump is required before operation. Each model page explains the documented choices.
Send the chamber volume, target pressure, gas or vapour load, desired pump-down time, flange, dry or oil-sealed backing preference, bench or cart requirement and power supply. We will confirm the system configuration, optional gauges and accessories, price and availability.

TURBOLAB 850 and 950 combine ECODRY 35 plus backing with TURBO.CONTROL i on a mobile cart. Choose DN160 or DN200 inlets respectively, i or iX controls, and the regional supply. Their quoted pumping speeds are for helium; compare gas-specific ratings when selecting against the 90–450 stations.
TURBOLAB Core 90 and Core 250 combine a turbomolecular pump, dry DIVAC or SCROLLVAC backing and local control on a bench baseplate. Core supports one optional active gauge. Compare this simpler arrangement with the wider backing and frame choices of the TURBOLAB 90–450 stations.

Send the operating requirements and process details. For a replacement, include the existing model and connection.
Compare the stated conditions as well as the values. A missing specification is not a zero rating; confirm suitability with Girovac.
