Choose sensors for each measurement point
GRAPHIX reads active transmitters, whose electronics provide a measurement signal. Its display range is not the accuracy or range of every connected gauge. Choose each sensor for pressure, gas, process compatibility and connection, then match its output and cable to the controller.
The manufacturer documentation identifies THERMOVAC RN, PENNINGVAC RN, CERAVAC CTR 101 and IONIVAC ITR 90 families among suitable options. Compatibility is conditional on the exact gauge output, controller setup and appropriate cable; it is not a universal connection guarantee for every suffix or protocol.
Display, logging and process signals
Display pressure numerically or graphically, log measurements internally or to suitable USB storage, and assign the six relay functions to the available channels. RS232/RS485 supports system integration. Gauge-dependent functions include ITR degassing and CTR zero adjustment. The pressure-rise test supports leak-rate assessment with the entered vessel volume and suitable measurement conditions.
Power, mounting and what to order
The 100–240 V AC input is suitable for a correctly connected UK 230 V, 50 Hz supply. Specify a compliant UK mains lead; the brochure package describes EURO and US leads, so a UK plug must not be assumed included. Order the controller, compatible gauges, correct sensor cables and any rack/panel mounting arrangement explicitly. The instrument can be used on a bench or mounted in a rack or panel.
Model references are 230680V01 (ONE), 230681V01 (TWO) and 230682V01 (THREE). These identify controller channel counts; they do not include a complete set of gauges. Compare GRAPHIX ONE, GRAPHIX THREE. For passive sensor heads, see COMBIVAC CM 51 or CM 52.

For a GRAPHIX TWO quotation, send the required pressure range and units, process gas and vapours, connection, ambient and bakeout conditions, output or communication protocol, cable length and quantity. Include the existing gauge/controller part numbers, required switching functions, power supply and calibration test points. Girovac will confirm the configuration, included equipment, price and availability.
