The CERAVAC CTR 101 is a heated capacitance diaphragm transmitter for gas-independent absolute-pressure measurement. Select a 0.1, 1, 10, 100 or 1000 Torr full-scale version to suit the process. Its sensor is regulated at 45 °C to reduce ambient-temperature effects and deposition within the gauge.

Select the full-scale pressure
Each gauge has one full-scale range; one unit does not span all five ranges at the same resolution. The stated accuracy includes non-linearity, hysteresis and repeatability at 25 °C ambient after two hours of operation, excluding temperature effects. Choose the range around the pressures that must be controlled or calibrated.
The measurement output is linear: 10 V represents the selected full-scale pressure. RS232C, zero adjustment and the two switching functions support integration with a suitable control system. Match supply, pinout, load and cable length before connection.
Current CTR 101 and earlier CTR 101 N
This page describes the current CTR 101 with V01 order codes and the ceramic measuring cell documented in manual 130002066_002_A2. The earlier CTR 101 N is a different documented construction. When replacing an N version, send its complete part number and range so that the mechanical, electrical and process compatibility can be checked; do not transfer old N specifications to the current model.
The manufacturer lists the transmitter, adjustment pin, calibration test report and operating manuals. The power source, readout, sensor cable and vacuum connection hardware should be specified separately. GRAPHIX ONE is a compatible controller option with the correct sensor configuration and cable.
Install where pressure is representative and where deposits, vibration and temperature changes are controlled. Follow the manual for stabilisation and zero adjustment. A heated sensor does not establish universal chemical compatibility or prevent every vapour from condensing. Allow room for the selected fitting and electrical connector.

For a CERAVAC CTR 101 quotation, send the required pressure range and units, process gas and vapours, connection, ambient and bakeout conditions, output or communication protocol, cable length and quantity. Include the existing gauge/controller part numbers, required switching functions, power supply and calibration test points. Girovac will confirm the configuration, included equipment, price and availability.
