EVISA ATEX HV range in E65.R, E100.R, E200.R and E300.R sizes. Compare model-specific 50 Hz data, performance curves and drawings. Ask Girovac to confirm the gas, dust or combined configuration for your installation.

The EVISA ATEX range uses single-stage oil-lubricated rotary vane technology. The supplied catalogue covers E65.R, E100.R, E200.R and E300.R ATEX HV versions at 50 Hz. Choose the precise gas, dust or combined configuration as well as the required pumping performance.
Send Girovac the required area classification, process-gas or dust details, temperature requirements and duty point. The catalogue is a selection reference; suitability must be checked against the current documentation and marking for the exact pump and installation.

All four ATEX HV tables state end vacuum of ≤ 0.06 mbar at 50 Hz with gas ballast closed or without gas ballast. Opening gas ballast changes the stated end vacuum. The E65.R and E100.R use 1¼-inch BSP inlet and outlet connections; E200.R and E300.R use 2-inch BSP.
Configuration, monitoring and accessories
The catalogue describes an integrated exhaust oil-mist filter and temperature monitoring by an intrinsically safe PT100. Oil-level monitoring, filters, hoses and other accessories have separate references. Confirm the monitoring arrangement and scope of supply rather than assuming every listed accessory is included.
The E65.R, E100.R and E200.R tables list three-phase 230/400 V at 50 Hz. The E300.R table distinguishes 230/400 V for dust or gas versions and 400/690 V for the combined dust-and-gas version. Check the selected pump reference against the electrical supply.
Performance curves and dimensions by ATEX model
Expand the relevant model below to see its original 50 Hz pump-down and pumping-speed curves and dimension drawing. The pump-down plots use a 1,000 litre vessel. Actual cycle time also depends on the system and process; these are not power-consumption graphs.

Provide the full model reference, serial number and marking when asking for service parts. Use the applicable manufacturer instructions and configuration-specific kit references. Standard EVISA parts or accessories should not be assumed interchangeable with an ATEX assembly.
Is the standard EVISA pump the same as the ATEX version?
No. The ATEX range has its own configurations, monitoring and reference numbers. A shared model size or pumping-speed figure does not establish the same suitability.
Does one EVISA ATEX version cover every gas and dust duty?
No. The manufacturer catalogue distinguishes gas, dust and combined configurations. Give Girovac the required classification and process details so the exact documentation and configuration can be checked.
Can I use the standard 60 Hz EVISA curves for an ATEX quotation?
The ATEX tables and curves in the supplied document are at 50 Hz. Do not transfer another version’s frequency or performance data to an ATEX assembly.
What is needed to quote an EVISA ATEX pump?
Send the required classification, process composition, target pressure, gas load, electrical supply and installation details. For a replacement, include a clear nameplate photograph and serial number.
Confirm the exact version, electrical supply and connections. Ask whether oil, filters, fittings, cables or controllers are included or separately specified.
Availability, lead time and the applicable warranty are confirmed for your quotation. A catalogue listing does not reserve stock.
