View quote listThe EVISA E100.R HV is a single-stage, oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump with a documented ultimate pressure of ≤ 0.06 mbar absolute without gas ballast. At 50 Hz it delivers 100 m³/h nominal flow, 96 m³/h PNEUROP pumping speed and 52 m³/h at 1 mbar. That last figure helps assess performance at a real working pressure.
Use this page to specify the HV version, compare the gas-ballast options and find service kits. Standard E100.R data remain identified separately below so an existing standard pump is not mistaken for an HV configuration.
Standard E100.R: ≤ 3 mbar without gas ballast at 50 and 60 Hz. The E100.R HV version is listed at ≤ 0.06 mbar at 50 Hz and ≤ 0.06 mbar at 60 Hz without gas ballast. Do not apply the HV figure to a standard pump.
With gas ballast fully open, the listed end vacuum is ≤ 5 mbar for the standard version and ≤ 2 mbar for HV, at both frequencies. Gas-ballast settings affect vapour handling and the pressure achieved. Specify the gas-ballast arrangement in the quotation.
The manufacturer plots below show evacuation of a 1,000 litre vessel and pumping speed against absolute inlet pressure. Follow the original 50 or 60 Hz line and gas-ballast legend. The low-pressure curves apply to the HV configuration. Use the standard ratings when selecting a standard E100.R pump.

At 50 Hz, the catalogue gives 52 m³/h at 1 mbar for HV duty, compared with 96 m³/h PNEUROP pumping speed. Measurements are specified to PNEUROP 6602 at 20 °C. Actual evacuation time also depends on vessel conditions, pipework, leaks and process gas load. The graphs show vacuum performance; motor power is listed separately in the specifications.
For selection at an intermediate gas-ballast setting, ask us to confirm the setting and corresponding performance curve for your pump.
The European version uses three-phase 230/400 v, 50 hz, with a 2.2 kW motor at 1,500 min⁻¹. The listed inlet is 1¼-inch BSP and the outlet is 1¼-inch BSP. Other regional versions can have different motors, voltages, connections and weights.

Check the drawing against the precise motor and pump reference being supplied. Allow access to the oil fill, drain, filters and cooling-air paths; the pump outline is not a service-clearance allowance. For a replacement, send a nameplate photograph and the existing installation dimensions.
MIL’S lists the following European three-phase 230/400 V, 50 Hz references. Include the full reference in your enquiry and confirm the current motor and gas-ballast configuration.

| E100.R HV without gas ballast | 824252 |
Gas ballast helps manage condensable vapour, but changes the attainable pressure. The 0.06 mbar end-vacuum figure applies without gas ballast; the catalogue gives ≤ 2 mbar with HV gas ballast fully open. The correct arrangement depends on your process.
Find the manufacturer’s usual-maintenance references 724601 with a silicone oil-mist-filter O-ring and 724602 with a Viton oil-mist-filter O-ring, or preventive-maintenance kit 724604. Confirm the pump serial number and seal version before ordering.
The catalogue labels usual maintenance at 3,000 hours and preventive maintenance at 12,000 hours. Adjust the service schedule to suit the pump instructions and operating conditions. See the MIL’S maintenance-kit guide for the distinction between E100.R and older E100.2 references.
Specify inlet filtration, liquid protection, pressure measurement and the required connections. MIL’S lists a DN40KF suction flange, reference 625018, among the HV accessories; specify this adaptor in your enquiry if required. Ask about the complete configuration, including oil and service access.
Reference basis: MIL’S E100.R references and maintenance-kit table, printed page 27.
The catalogue specifies 3 litres of MV99S 100% synthetic oil for the standard lubrication arrangement. An oxygen-service version needs its own approved lubrication and configuration; do not assume the standard oil specification applies.
The model section lists usual-maintenance kits at 3,000 hours and preventive-maintenance kits at 12,000 hours. Use the operating instructions and actual process conditions to set the service schedule, and quote the serial number when ordering a kit. Inlet filtration, liquid protection and gas-ballast options should be matched to the gas stream and installation.

Open the MIL’S EVISA E100.R section in the manufacturer catalogue (PDF, 6.4 MB). Printed pages 26–29 cover technical data, dimensions, references, accessories and performance curves. The PDF viewer starts at page 25; its file page count differs from the printed numbering by one.
Nominal flow is 100 m³/h at 50 Hz and 120 m³/h at 60 Hz. PNEUROP pumping speed is 96 and 115 m³/h respectively. Use the performance at your working pressure when sizing the pump.
No. This listing covers standard and HV configurations. The standard version is listed at ≤ 3 mbar without gas ballast; the HV version reaches a different stated end vacuum. Specify the variant when enquiring.
MIL’S specifies MV99S 100% synthetic oil and a 3 litre charge for the standard lubrication arrangement. Confirm the exact version and do not apply this specification to oxygen service.
Include the complete model and variant, working pressure, gas or vapour load, vessel volume and required cycle time. Add the electrical supply, connection details and any filters or controls. For an existing pump, include its serial number and a nameplate photo.
For a hazardous-area enquiry, use the separate EVISA ATEX range page. Specify the required ATEX classification and operating conditions when enquiring.

Compare the 0–25 mbar absolute capsule gauge for a defined low-pressure dial range with Pirani vacuum transducers for electronic measurement over a wider pressure span. portable meters and data loggers can help record pump-down behaviour. Choose by the actual working pressure and required accuracy, then check the gas and connection.
Yes. Use our vacuum gauge calibration service to specify the instrument, pressure points and certificate requirement. If your process relies on a displayed controller reading, tell us about the complete measuring chain.
