Operating envelope
The datasheet permits continuous inlet pressure up to 1013 mbar for this model. Match the pumping curve, gas load and duty cycle to the application. Ultimate total pressure is a pump test value; chamber pressure also depends on leaks, conductance and gas release.
Integration and accessories
Confirm the control interface, mounting and ventilation for the installation. The datasheet lists a floor/cart mounting kit, gas-ballast blank plug and inert-gas adaptor as accessories.
