Does −1 bar mean absolute zero?
No. This is a relative-pressure dial. Its zero is local atmospheric pressure; use an absolute vacuum gauge when the residual pressure is the value you need.
Can I request calibration with my gauge?
Yes. Tell us the operating range, required test points and certificate requirement. We will confirm the calibration option for the selected instrument before quoting. Discuss vacuum gauge calibration.
