What is the DVP LC 2?

The LC 2 is part of DVP’s LC range — 2 m³/h, ultimate 10 mbar, very quiet at 48 dB(A). Oil-sealed rotary vane pumps like this one are the workhorses of industrial vacuum: the oil seals the clearances, lubricates the vanes and carries away heat, which is what lets a single-stage rotary vane pump hold a steady working vacuum under continuous duty.
