Select the booster and backing pump as a system
A booster increases pumping speed over a defined pressure region and depends on its backing arrangement. Compare the full package curve, differential-pressure limits and start-up controls. A booster’s nominal capacity cannot establish the achieved chamber pressure or replace the backing-pump specification.
What to check when selecting this range
A BCA booster requires a suitable primary pump. Respect differential-pressure limits and use the complete system curve for CBL selection.
