Choose vacuum or positive pressure first

Dry SC and SB pumps, lubricated LC variants, PA claw pumps and ZA piston pumps address different operating duties. Compressors and blowers have separate pressure and flow characteristics. A central system also needs an assessment of simultaneous demand, controls and standby capacity.

Manufacturer development and model-specific data

DVP identifies its DVP LAB development work and publishes technical data for its equipment. On Girovac’s model pages, compare the performance curve, operating-pressure limits, electrical version and maintenance requirements. The same frame size or family name does not establish identical lubricant, vapour or continuous-duty specifications.

Selection, spare parts and ongoing support

For a new installation, send the working pressure, flow or chamber volume, process gas and electrical supply. For existing equipment, include the nameplate, full model, serial number and any part reference. Girovac will confirm the proposed configuration, included equipment, condition, price and availability.
