View quote listThe SIRELLA SL300.R uses contactless claw technology to trap, convey and compress gas in a dry pumping chamber. It is an industrial vacuum pump with PNEUROP pumping speeds of 260 m³/h at 50 Hz and 312 m³/h at 60 Hz. Girovac is the UK distributor for MIL’S equipment and can discuss the pump, its accessories and replacement-part requirements.
The MIL’S datasheet distinguishes two pressure figures: 50 mbar end vacuum and 150 mbar continuous end vacuum, at both 50 and 60 Hz. Do not treat the lower end-vacuum figure as the stated continuous operating limit. Explain the required working pressure and duty cycle when asking us to specify a pump or review a replacement.
The pumping chamber is oil-less, but the gearbox still requires lubricant. The datasheet specifies a 1 litre gearbox oil capacity using MB150S 100% synthetic oil. This distinction matters when planning maintenance: dry pumping technology does not mean the entire machine needs no oil or servicing.
The European version is three-phase, 230/400 V at 50 Hz, with a 5.5 kW motor running at 3,000 min-1. Its inlet and outlet connections are 2-inch BSP, and the European pump reference listed is 824412. Other regional versions have different electrical and connection details. Confirm the exact version and available supply before ordering.
A PT100 temperature sensor is included according to the datasheet. Stated noise levels are 70 dB(A) at 50 Hz and 72 dB(A) at 60 Hz. Pumping-speed measurements are specified to PNEUROP 6602 at 20 °C.
The sheet lists MB150S gearbox oil in a 1 litre container under reference 619626. It identifies usual-maintenance kit 725289 for 7,500 hours or 2.5 years, and preventive-maintenance kit 725290 for five years. Confirm the service schedule against your pump’s instructions, serial number and actual operating conditions.
Listed options include a fitted adjusting valve without filter (625939), a constant-vacuum solenoid valve (625548), and a type 201 suction filter with paper (715350), polyester (715351) or carbon (715352) cartridge options. These are selection options, not a statement that every accessory is included with the pump. Send the application and existing filter reference so the appropriate arrangement can be checked.

Use these MIL’S curves to compare pumping speed at your required pressure and to assess vessel evacuation time. The curves show 25, 50, 60 and 70 Hz operation; the frequency must be suitable for the selected motor and drive.

The pump-down graph shows pressure falling over time. Actual evacuation time also depends on pipework, leakage, gas load and vessel conditions, so use it as a selection reference rather than a guaranteed cycle time.

For sizing, compare the flow at your working pressure rather than using nominal pumping speed alone. The datasheet specifies 50 mbar end vacuum and 150 mbar continuous end vacuum at 50 and 60 Hz. The curves do not override these operating limits or establish that every frequency is suitable for continuous operation. These are vacuum performance graphs, not electrical power-consumption curves.

The contactless claws move gas through a dry pumping chamber. The gearbox still requires its specified lubricant: “oil-less” does not mean the complete pump requires no oil or maintenance.

Use the drawing to plan the pump footprint, pipework and access to the oil fill, drain and sight glass. Allow space for cooling and servicing, and confirm the current drawing and connection specification for the version being ordered before finalising installation.

For selection help, send Girovac your target pressure, required flow or vessel volume and cycle time, process gases and available electrical supply.
The supplied datasheet gives 50 mbar as end vacuum and 150 mbar as continuous end vacuum. Use the continuous-duty figure when discussing the required operating point, and confirm the installation against the model’s instructions.
Its pumping chamber is oil-less, while the gearbox requires lubricant. The datasheet specifies 1 litre of MB150S synthetic gearbox oil. Do not confuse a dry pumping chamber with a maintenance-free gearbox.
Send the nameplate and serial number, electrical supply, required pressure, process details and duty cycle. Include the inlet and exhaust arrangements and any filters or controls you need to retain.

For local vacuum indication, compare industrial dial gauges with portable meters and data loggers where absolute-pressure readings or logged records are needed. Select the range around the installation’s operating pressure, and check the gas, temperature and connection. The instrument measures the installation; its range does not extend the pump’s operating limits.
Yes. Use our vacuum gauge calibration service to specify the instrument, pressure points and certificate requirement. If your process relies on a displayed controller reading, tell us about the complete measuring chain.

Send the pump model and part number when asking about a replacement. Compatibility depends on the equipment and operating conditions.
Confirm the exact version, electrical supply and connections. Ask whether oil, filters, fittings, cables or controllers are included or separately specified.
Availability, lead time and the applicable warranty are confirmed for your quotation. A catalogue listing does not reserve stock.
