The Thyracont VSP63D is a fixed vacuum transducer for a controller or machine control system. It combines a DN16 ISO-KF connection with RS485 communication, a 0–10 V output and two relay switch points.
Match the gauge to your controls
Send the existing gauge reference, controller model and required output. A matching connector does not establish electrical compatibility: the pinout, supply and signal scaling need to agree.
Choosing the sensor
For a simple Pirani measurement across rough and fine vacuum, the VSP63D provides both analogue and digital output. Compare the VSR53D if you need a combined piezo/Pirani sensor.
