The manufacturer specifies 5 mbar for these complete systems. A standalone EVISA HV pump’s lower ultimate pressure is not the complete package rating. The system sheet also prints an accuracy note of ±5 mbar at 20 °C; confirm the required control tolerance and operating setpoints for the proposed package.
The retained product address previously used an E25.R suffix. The dedicated INDUSVAC sheet labels the package E25, while the 2022 catalogue uses E25.2. The ratings above identify that documented system; an E25.R substitution requires confirmation of its revised package performance. Send the full pump and system nameplates for a replacement.
The plant reference identifies the base package. Specify the controller separately; it is not a complete configured order code. Choose control hysteresis to suit the connected process.
Controls, filtration and mobility
The receiver buffers short changes in demand. Select inlet filtration for particles and vapours, with suitable liquid protection where needed. Oil-level and temperature monitoring, a backup vacuum switch and a wheel set are configuration options. The FLEXO electrical valve is an option for intermittent demand and requires a compatible MILLENIUM control package.
Request the controller functions you need: touchscreen, event and alarm logging, access levels, Ethernet and USB are not standard on every panel. Include the number of simultaneous users and whether a pump must remain available as standby.
