The Thyracont VSR53D is a fixed vacuum transducer for a controller or machine control system. It combines a DN16 ISO-KF connection with RS485 communication, a 0–10 V output and two relay switch points.
Match the gauge to your controls
Send the existing gauge reference, controller model and required output. A matching connector does not establish electrical compatibility: the pinout, supply and signal scaling need to agree.
Choosing the sensor
The piezo sensor covers the upper part of the range, with Pirani measurement at lower pressures. Tell us the gas and working-pressure range when specifying the instrument.
