Duo rotary vane pumps
The two-stage Duo rotary vane pumps are oil-sealed backing and general-purpose pumps that reach a deep medium vacuum. They need regular oil changes and periodic vane and seal service.
Diaphragm & turbomolecular pumps
Pfeiffer diaphragm pumps give oil-free rough vacuum for chemistry and as clean backing pumps, while HiPace turbomolecular pumps reach high and ultra-high vacuum (with a backing pump) for analytical instruments. Turbo bearing service should be done by specialists.
