Compact oil-free rotary vane pumps from ARICA 3VK to 41V for machine integration and industrial rough vacuum.
Match flow and end pressure
The documented 50 Hz nominal capacities are 4, 7, 10, 16, 25 and 40 m³/h. ARICA 3VK/6VK are rated at 100 mbar absolute end vacuum; 12V/17V/27V/41V at 150 mbar. Compare the exact model at its operating pressure rather than treating nominal flow as constant throughout pump-down.
Motor and maintenance
Confirm voltage, phase, frequency and connection sizes for the supplied motor. Dry vanes and inlet filters require maintenance even without sealing oil in the chamber. Protect the pump from inappropriate liquids and contaminants.
