A pump is one part of the job. Tell us what the installation needs to do and we can discuss the pump, gauges, protection and connections together. You do not need a finished specification to start the conversation.
Start with the process
Describe the material or equipment, the pressure you need and how quickly it must reach that pressure. Include the chamber volume or continuous gas flow if you know it, plus the gases, moisture and particles the pump will handle.
What should the quotation include?
- Pump: working pressure, gas load, operating hours and electrical supply.
- Measurement: range, absolute or relative pressure, local display or controller output, cables and calibration.
- Protection: inlet filtration, liquid or condensate collection and exhaust handling, selected for the process.
- Connections: flange or thread sizes, hose and pipe lengths, valves and adapters.
- Controls: start/stop, pressure regulation, alarms, interlocks and standby requirements.
- Project scope: delivery date, installation space, and whether you need installation or commissioning included for review.
If you have already found some products
Add them to the quote list and explain which items need to work together. A shortlist is a starting point: we will review sizes, connections and interfaces before confirming a package.
If you are replacing equipment
Send a photograph of the nameplate and the existing connections. Tell us what worked well, what needs to change and whether the replacement must fit the same space.
Send what you know
Use the equipment enquiry form and put “complete installation” in your message. Include the details above that are available; leave the rest for us to discuss. You can attach a nameplate photograph, drawing or specification. Price, availability and the supplied scope will be confirmed in the quotation.
