EVISA E100.R maintenance kits
The E100.R catalogue distinguishes two usual-maintenance seal options and a preventive-maintenance kit. Use the complete reference, then confirm it against the pump serial number and configuration.
Usual maintenance or preventive maintenance?
Usual maintenance addresses scheduled service consumables. Preventive maintenance is a different service category for more extensive work. Exact contents depend on the pump and kit reference: do not assume an overhaul kit includes the usual-maintenance kit or all of the oil needed.
For the E100.R references above, MIL’S labels the categories at 3,000 and 12,000 hours respectively. Actual intervals depend on the applicable instructions and operating conditions. Vapour, contamination and intensive cycling can affect service requirements.
Keep EVISA .R and EVISA .2 references separate
The MIL’S EVISA .2 maintenance sheet has model-specific serial-number cut-offs and different kit references. E100.2 and E100.R require separate parts identification. Send the complete nameplate, including the suffix, before ordering.
Kits for other MIL’S pumps and systems
For other EVISA models, SIRELLA pumps and MIL’S vacuum systems, tell us both the system reference and the individual pump model. Include the service task, hours, existing parts reference and any HV, ATEX or oxygen-service marking. We will identify the proposed parts and confirm supply details.
What to include in your enquiry
- Complete model and serial number, ideally with a readable nameplate photograph.
- Current kit or part reference and the seal version, if known.
- Operating hours, process conditions and the planned service or fault.
- Whether you also need oil, inlet filters, additional parts or workshop servicing.
Maintenance-kit questions
Which kit should I request for an E100.R HV?
Start with the E100.R HV pump page and the three catalogue references above. Confirm the complete serial number and seal specification; HV designation alone does not select a kit.
Can I choose Viton instead of silicone?
Choose the documented seal specification for your process and equipment. 724601 and 724602 are distinct seal options. Match the material to the pump specification and process.
Does a maintenance kit fix poor ultimate vacuum?
The cause could involve contamination, leakage, oil condition or wear. Describe the symptoms and operating history through our servicing enquiry route so the work and parts can be assessed.
Can I order oil and calibration alongside maintenance?
Yes. Identify the required vacuum oil and any gauge calibration needs when specifying the job. Confirm kit contents to avoid ordering the same consumables twice.
