Two Stage Rotary Pumps

Two Stage vacuum pumps are the workhorse of the vacuum industry, with a wide variety of applications across the board.

Our two stage oil-filled rotary vane vacuum pumps use plates or vanes, in an offset rotor to compress gas to the pump exhaust. They are used in processes such as Freeze Dryers/backing laboratory diffusion pumps/refrigeration system drying.

A dual-stage vacuum pump combines a low vacuum stage with a mated high vacuum stage. Taking in process gas via the high vacuum stage and transferring it to the low vacuum stage to compress the gas, improving the performance of the pump. These two stage vacuum pump systems have a higher pressure range, around 10-1-Torr vs. 10-3 Torr, making them perfect for processes that require a deeper vacuum.

We supply our GVPDK series dual stage vacuum pumps from 1M3/h to 600M3/h.
