Medium vacuum MIL’S pump examples are Diaphragm Pumps, oil free to 150 mbar, Rocking Piston, oil free to 30 mbar, Carbon Vane, oil free to 100 mbar, Claw, oil free to 50 mbar and Side Channel, oil free, high flowrate, to 150 mbar. Of special importance is the MIL’S EVISA oil lubricated series of Single Stage pumps to 10-2mbar. We supply the Evisa pump either stand alone or in vacuum systems such as the Minivac and the Indusvac.
